$9.8 Million New York Lotto Jackpot Remains Unclaimed
A lucky lotto player from Webster in the US is $9.8 million richer, and they might not even know it yet!
A small, local market in Webster is abuzz with excitement this morning as news surfaced that a $9.8 million jackpot winning ticket was recently sold there, and the winner has yet to come forward to claim their prize. "It would be cool if it was a regular" customer, said Tyler Viele, a manager at the store told local news media.
The winner must claim their prize within a year of the draw taking place, after which the prize money is directed toward charities or is funneled back into the current lottery prize pools. The numbers only the winning ticket matched all six numbers, which are: 6, 16, 24, 25, 37 and 38.
